Maintenance Issues

First of all, don't panic! Maintenance is inevitable when it comes to property and luckily at M.A.S.K Property Management, we always have a solution to hand!

Our team have a wealth of experience in the industry to ensure that issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our tradesmen are vetted through the company before carrying out any work so you can rest assured that this will be carried out to the highest standard. We are also able to provide access to for the tradesmen so there is no need to wait in all day!

In the first instance, please email the team at enquiries@maskpm.co.uk with any minor or routine issues so we have a written record to have of when these are reported. For more serious/emergency issues, please call us on 07378 289 076 where we can advise you on the action required. We will also ask you to follow up with an email also.

It would be helpful if you are able to send us in any photos/videos of issues so we are able to keep them on record.

Should you have one of the following emergencies out with normal working hours, please check your Tenant pack to ensure the property isn't covered by maintenance package from the likes of Scottish Gas. If not, you can contact the relevant tradesman direct and they will attend to the property as soon as they are able to. 

Please note: Should you call an emergency tradesman out unnecessarily, you may be charged for the call-out.
